Dear Chef Dom:

You may recall that last Saturday, April 11^th, I picked up 2 items for part of my Easter dinner at home.  (Chicken Parm and Stuffed Shells).

I want to tell you that everyone thought they were delicious and excellent in every aspect.  These are fussy, very selective guests and family and all gave raves to the quality and quantity of the food, the sauce, and everything that went into its preparation.  I could not have been more pleased; it saved me a lot of work and cleanup.

Thank you also for your invaluable expertise in helping me determine the correct quantity.  You assured me that I’d have plenty – and I certainly did.  Everyone was well satisfied and I had enough for another meal for my husband and I.

Thanks also for bringing the food items to my car on that cold Saturday morning since I have enough difficulty walking with a cane. You were very kind to do that and we appreciated it very much.  We were on our way back in short order.

I will definitely be back to order more food for holidays and other events.
